The Ecofix App is a service from Ecofix Gas & Power, an energy supplier focused on smart, sustainable, and fair energy solutions. Through the app, you gain insights into your consumption, invoices, and receive smart energy advice.

We collect only the data necessary to provide you with a smooth service:

  • Personal data such as name, address, email address, and customer number.

  • Energy data like your consumption, to give you smart insights.

  • Billing data to ensure payments and administration run smoothly.


What we do not collect:

  • We do not use location data.

  • We do not share your data with third parties.

We use your data only for:


Billing: so you have insight into your payments.
Customer service: so we can assist you quickly.
Smart energy advice: so you can better manage your consumption.
Live market prices: so you can use energy cost-effectively.
